How to use
- To use Internet Branch or Mobile Branch, you must be a Branchless Banking user first. To be a Branchless Banking user, you can contact your branch.
- To log in our Internet Branch, you must enter "https://www.emlakkatilim.com.tr" using your internet browser and click "Internet Branch" button.
- To login as retail user; please enter your Customer No/TR ID No and Password in relevant fields. Click “Continue” button and confirm your Security Picture that you have previously selected; if you view any security picture other than that you determined, please do not continue your transaction and call our Call Center immediately. On the next screen, you can enter the verification code sent as short message (SMS) to your mobile phone and enter our Internet Branch.
- To login as corporate user; please enter your Customer No/TR ID No, Password and User Name in relevant fields. Click “Continue” button and confirm your Security Picture that you have previously selected; if you view any security picture other than that you determined, please do not continue your transaction and call our Call Center immediately. On the next screen, you can enter the verification code sent as short message (SMS) to your mobile phone and enter our Internet Branch.

- Emlak Katılım sends SMS and E-mail to its customers only for information purposes but does not request any information from its customers. If you receive any suspicious short message (SMS) or E-mail asking any information, please call Emlak Bank Call Center (0850 222 26 26) immediately and inform your Customer Representative.
- Your Password and PIN must not contain any personal information (name, surname, date and place of birth etc.) and any consecutive numbers.
- Do not keep confidential your data such as Password, PIN, Secret Word etc. to be used to enter Internet Branch or Mobile Branch and do not disclose to anyone including our Bank’s staff.
- Do not open the contents and links sent to you via unreliable e-mail addresses and short message services (SMS).
- Please be sure that an anti-virus software is installed and updated on your computer.
- Please be sure that your operating system is updated. Do not ignore to install the subsequent security patches.
- When you complete your transactions, do not leave your Internet Branch or Mobile Branch open; terminate your session in Internet Branch or Mobile Branch using secure log off button.
- Firewall is a software or hardware which controls incoming and outgoing network traffic and prevents unauthorized or undesired access to your computer or network. Please install and use a firewall on your computer.
- You can customize the security applications using Settings menu under Internet Branch or calling Emlak Katılım Call Center (0850 222 26 26).
- To access Internet Branch from your computer, enter "https://www.emlakkatilim.com.tr" website address on your browser and click Internet Branch on Main Page. Please do not try to access to our Internet Branch by clicking the links sent to you via short message (SMS), E-mail etc. or any link on any webpage other than our Bank’s official website.
- Please do not use search engines to access to our Internet Branch.
- Please set a strong password for the access to modem management panel. Please set a strong password which cannot be easily guessed for wireless connection as well.
- If you have a suspicion about the reliability of any website that you enter to access to our Internet Branch, please call Emlak Katılım Call Center (0850 222 26 26) immediately and inform us.
- If you notice any transaction on your accounts which does not belong to you or if you think that your personal data such as Password, PIN or Secret Word is captured by anyone, please call Emlak Katılım Call Center (0850 222 26 26) immediately and inform us.
