Our Customer Satisfaction Center offers service between 09:00 – 18:00 on weekdays. If you encounter any problem or fraudulence, you must contact our Call Center and inform us.
Mediation
As per the relevant regulations in Labor Law No: 4857 and Turkish Commercial Law No: 6012, it is mandatory to apply mediation for the disputes arising between parties as a cause of action. You can use arabuluculuk@emlakbank.com.tr e-mail address for the mediation applications in which our bank is a party.
Note: We will make a come-back for the applications to be made within the scope of authorized mediator.
