ATM Use Security

Dear valued customer; points to be taken into consideration during the use of our ATMs are as follows;

  • Your password is a proprietary information. You shouldn’t share, whether in verbal or in writing, with anyone including our Bank’s staff,
  • Please note that your password is a proprietary information and you are responsible for the confidentiality and privacy of your password,
  • While setting your password, do not use numbers such as your date of birth etc. which can easily be guessed by others,
  • Please change your card password on a regular basis for the purpose of security,
  • Please be sure that your card password is different than those passwords that you set for internet/mobile banking, telephone banking and other bank card/credit card passwords,
  • Please do not leave ATM unless you terminate your transaction and receive your card.
  • If your card is stuck at the ATM, please do not receive any help from others who want to help you and do not enter your password. Ask for help from Bank staff or call our Customer Services at 0850 222 26 26 without leaving the relevant ATM.
  • If you encounter a suspicious situation (any apparatus placed on ATM) and if your card is stolen or lost, please call our Customer Services at 0850 222 26 26 for your security.
