With forward foreign currency transactions, you can buy and sell foreign currency in line with predetermined rate of exchange, amount and maturity conditions and can manage your currency risk.

In forward foreign currency transactions, Emlak Katılım guarantees the transaction amount, exchange rate and maturity date to its customers. It offers protection for the exporters and importers against currency fluctuations.

Features

  • Transactions between 9 foreign currencies and TL.
  • Exchange rate is determined for maturity date and maximum maturity term is 365 days.
  • There is no tax (withholding) for legal persons in forward transactions. Transactions can be carried out within the scope of cash blockage and/or forward limit.
  • Transactions which may cause speculative consequences cannot be carried out in line with Participation Banking principles.
