Mobile Branch

You can perform many banking transactions from your mobile phones using our Mobile Branch applications.

How to use

  • To use Internet Branch or Mobile Branch, you must be a Branchless Banking user first. To be a Branchless Banking user, you can contact your branch.
  • Please download and install Emlak Katılım Mobile Branch Application on your mobile phone with Android or İOS operating system from AppStore or Google Play Application Stores.
  • You must make activation (validation) to use the application you download. Please enter the information required during activation process.
  • To login as a retail user; please enter your Customer No or TR ID No and enter the Password you use to access to Internet Branch in Password field. Click “Continue” button and enter the characters asked from your Secret Word that you have previously determined. On the next screen, you can enter the verification code sent as short message (SMS) to your mobile phone and set your PIN and complete your activation process by clicking “Approval” button.
  • To login as a corporate user; please enter your Customer No or TR ID No and enter the Username and Password you use to access to Internet Branch in Username and Password fields. Click “Continue” button and enter the characters asked from your Secret Word that you have previously determined. On the next screen, you can enter the verification code sent as short message (SMS) to your mobile phone and set your PIN and complete your activation process by clicking “Approval” button.
  • If you forget your Secret Word, you can call Emlak Katılım Call Center (0850 222 26 26) and reset your Secret Word.
  • Following the completion of activation process, you can access to our Mobile Branch by entering only the PIN you defined.

  • Emlak Katılım sends SMS and E-mail to its customers only for information purposes but does not request any information from its customers. If you receive any suspicious short message (SMS) or E-mail asking any information, please call Emlak Bank Call Center (0850 222 26 26) immediately and inform your Customer Representative.
  • Your Password and PIN must not contain any personal information (name, surname, date and place of birth etc.) and any consecutive numbers.
  • Do not keep confidential your data such as Password, PIN, Secret Word etc. to be used to enter Internet Branch or Mobile Branch and do not disclose to anyone including our Bank’s staff. 
  • Do not open the contents and links sent to you via unreliable e-mail addresses and short message services (SMS).
  • Do not install Mobile Branch on a rooted jailbroken smart phone. These devices contain high level of security risk.
  • When you complete your transactions, do not leave your Internet Branch or Mobile Branch open; terminate your session in Internet Branch or Mobile Branch using secure log off button.
  • Please do not leave your smart phone installed our Mobile Branch at any place that others can access and use an active key lock/pattern as a security step for your smart phone.
  • You can customize the security applications using Settings menu under Internet Branch or calling Emlak Katılım Call Center (0850 222 26 26).
  • Please do not try to install our Mobile Branch by clicking the links sent to you via short message (SMS), E-mail etc. or any application packages (Apk, IPA etc.) that you see on any webpage. Install our Mobile Branch from our Bank’s relevant screen in AppStore or Google Play application stores.
  • If you have a suspicion about the reliability of any application that you install to access to our Mobile Branch, please call Emlak Katılım Call Center (0850 222 26 26) immediately and inform us.
  • If you encounter any suspicious short message (SMS) or E-mail from any source using Emlak Katılım’s name, please call Emlak Katılım Call Center (0850 222 26 26) immediately and inform us.
  • If you notice any transaction on your accounts which does not belong to you or if you think that your personal data such as Password, PIN or Secret Word is captured by anyone, please call Emlak Katılım Call Center (0850 222 26 26) immediately and inform us.
